Bernice Phillips

My name is Bernice, and I am a caring, reliable, and hardworking individual with an Honours degree in Psychology. I have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth, emotional wellbeing, and development. Through my studies and practical experience, I have gained valuable experience working with children with special needs, including ADHD and autism, which has strengthened my patience, empathy, and understanding of individual differences.
I am dedicated, responsible, and attentive, and I always strive to create a safe, structured, and loving environment for children. I enjoy helping children learn, build confidence, and feel supported in their daily routines. I am adaptable, respectful of family values, and committed to being a positive role model.
I take pride in my strong work ethic and my ability to connect easily with children. Becoming an au pair would allow me to combine my love for childcare with my desire to support families in a meaningful way, while also growing personally and culturally.
